This year, I decided to keep things really casual and chill for the dining room and kitchen. I have chosen to scale it down a bit, and just add a couple Christmas accents here or there.

In our kitchen we have a few open shelves and I love them. I also love that I can add seasonal décor to them, and keep it simple.

Some simple garland over the kitchen window is all the décor I needed over on that side of the kitchen. It's simple and doesn't look cluttered.
