Amazing Lemon Chia High Protein Pancakes

Today I want to share my absolute most favorite pancake recipe to date! I love starting the day with a healthy breakfast. These low carb, high protein pancakes are the perfect way to start it!

What you need

– Rolled Oats – Egg – Egg Whites – Vanilla – Baking Soda – Baking Powder – Greek Yogurt – Protein Powder – Chia Seeds – Lemon Zest – Milk

Put everything in the blender except for the chia seeds for 1 minute. Once blended, stir the chia seeds in. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken up with the chia seeds.

Combine Ingredients

Pour the batter on a medium heat griddle or pan. Cook as you would any other pancakes.

Cook the Pancakes

Heat cream cheese in the microwave 15 seconds. Mix in the maple syrup and drizzle on hot pancakes.

Cream Cheese Sauce

 You can double or triple the recipe and store them in the fridge or freezer. Pull these out on busy mornings. Its an easy way to have a healthy and high protein breakfast!
