Protein pancakes without protein powder? It seems hard, but I figured it out! This pancake recipe has 302 calories, and 36 grams of protein! It's a great source of protein and healthy carbs.

Ingredients

– Old Fashioned Oats – Egg Whites – Egg – Baking Powder – Collagen Powder – Pure Maple Syrup – Salt

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 60 seconds. Heat a small nonstick skillet on medium low heat and spray with nonstick spray.

Pour half of the batter in and put the lid on. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and check it. You should see small bubbles as well as the sides pulling away.

Begin Cooking

Flip the pancake carefully. Let it cook for another couple of minutes. Tap the pancake to see if it is done. it should not feel squishy or soft.
