Easy Chocolate Éclair Cake

This easy to make chocolate éclair cake is perfect for any occasion and is a surefire hit! It gives you the luxurious feel of having a chocolate éclair but without all the work!

What you need

– Flour – Salt – Eggs – Water – Butter – Milk – Cream Cheese – Vanilla Pudding – Cool Whip – Chocolate Chips – Powdered Sugar

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and salt and stir until it forms a ball. Turn off heat and cool. One by one, add the eggs. Spread dough onto a pan. Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.

Make the Dough

Allow pastry to cool. Add cream cheese to a mixer and soften. In a bowl whisk vanilla pudding mix and milk. Add a bit of pudding into the cream cheese. Spread mixture over the entire cake.

Create Pudding Center

Spread cool whip over the top. Put in the fridge. Heat butter and chocolate chips. Add the milk and powdered sugar. Drizzle this sauce on the cake.
