Mini Pavlova Easter Dessert

Today I want to show you how to make a mini pavlova that is the perfect Easter dessert!  Lets call them Easter Egg Pavlovas!

What you need

– Eggs – Sugar – Cream of Tartar – Cornstarch – Vanilla – Fresh Fruit

Beat egg whites together until they form soft peaks. Add in sugar and cream of tartar. Add the vanilla and cornstarch beating at high speed until they form stiff peaks.

Combine Ingredients

Pipe the egg whites onto a cookie sheet. Pipe the base and then the sides to make a reservoir to hold the cream. Put the meringue in the oven and bake 30 minutes. 

Pipe and Bake

Turn the temperature down to 200 and bake until dry. Turn off and open the door to let it cool slowly. Do not take them out right away.

Leave in to Dry

Once cool, add your cream. Then top with fruits and a sauce if you so desire. These take a little time but they are so worth it and quite easy!
