This is a wonderful way to enjoy hot chocolate as well as so many health benefits from the bone broth, cocao powder and more. A sweet, creamy, chocolatey drink perfect to enjoy anytime of day.

Ingredients
3/4cupbone broth
3/4cupmilk of your choiceI prefer organic grass fed whole milk(we actually use raw milk)
1tbspcacao powder
1-2tbsppure maple syrup
pinch of saltI used celtic salt as it has some great benefits to it as well.
1scoopcollagen powderoptional
Instructions
In a saucepan, add all your ingredients and whisk together with the heat on medium/low.
Whisk until it is brought to a boil and turn off the heat.
This next step is optional but it makes a huge difference. I pour the hot chocolate into a blender(I use a magic bullet) and give it a quick pulse or two. This helps to emulsify it a bit and I swear it makes it more creamy.
Carefully take the lid off and pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy!
If you choose, you can add a bit more milk or maple syrup if you prefer it more sweet or less chocolatey. These ratios I have found to create a super flavorful hot cocoa.
