Quick and Easy Peaches and Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 4-6 large peaches peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Cream Recipe
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp softened cream cheese
Instructions
- Peel and slice your peaches, add the maple syrup and lemon juice and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix your whipping cream and vanilla until the cream begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whisk until it forms stiff peaks. Do not over mix, or you will have butter.
- In a medium bowl mix the softened cream cheese until it is fully whipped up. Fold a small amount of the whipped cream into the cream cheese and then take the cream cheese mixture and add it to the whipped cream. Fold it in until the cream cheese mixture is fully combined with the whipped cream.
- Place some of the peaches in a bowl or serving dish. Top with some of the cream, then add another layer of peaches and another layer of cream. Add as much as your heart wants.
- You can top with granola, crushed cookies or some fresh basil. Its an amazingly quick and easy peach dessert!
